This mobile upload application helps to upload videos and images to sulekha.com. With this application, users can take the videos/ images of the items to be showcased and send them to the Sulekha portal.

This application has got methods to upload data

Normal Upload

In normal video upload version, user can take the video /image with his mobile device and that will be saved in the Gallery as usual. To enable this function, user has to download the application to his mobile phone. Application is developed in J2ME, to make it universal and portable to any mobiles devices. If the user wants to upload the video or image, he needs to open the application and should log in with his account. There after he needs to browse the corresponding file from the gallery (just like we attach an image in the mail). There are options to add some necessary data in the mobile application like Product name, category, Usability, Year of manufacturing and also add the Pricing details. Once all the data is entered to the application, he can upload the video /Image. The only pre condition in this application is that the mobile handset should be a GPRS enabled one. User will get an immediate intimation on the status of upload.

Instant Upload

In the Instant upload application, user should have the application in his mobile. With this application, he can take photos or images and that can be uploaded instantly to the server. This application helps the user to upload the data without any hassle. This application is also developed in J2ME to be compatible for all the java enabled handsets. Here he can upload the video by entering the application using his username and password.
