At Rain Concert, we offer two resource engagement models. Depending on how you wish to manage the project – hire-a-resource or completely offshore the development activities. We recommend one of the following mechanisms:
In this model, the resources work directly with their sponsor or project principal. This model guarantees billing of 144 hours per resource every month. The client manages the resources directly and tasks are planned and monitored by the customer on a daily or ad hoc basis.
We recommend this mode of working for projects that are in a critical stage of development or where the customer also understands technology well. In addition, this style of working is useful when the customer has pressing deadlines and needs the resources to work on changes requiring very active management from the customer.
The fully offshored model is recommended typically in the case of projects where the customer and Rain Concert are involved in every aspect of development from ideation through to realization of the concept right up to a successful launch of business.
In this model, Rain Concert manages the project using a team of resources who contribute different required skillsets. In this mode of development, the customer is billed a fixed amount every month as agreed at the time of signing the contract. Rain Concert shoulders the risk of ensuring the system is live as per agreed time schedule.
